Comments about the mockup

The 'configure' and 'mass bug filling' options in the second top menu are available if the user is a member of the administrator group. The 'configure' option will allow administrators to blacklist users, modify description, delegate admin's rights to someone else...

Some of the fields in the table are custom (like 'Upstream version' or 'Need review'). It means that this field have to be added using the configure option.

Without the BTS, the 'Bugs' field isn't available.

Status can be set using the configuration option. Administrators of the tracker can easily add some pre-defined status and associate it with a color (example).
